We’ve convened our Master Plan Reading Group and had a lively discussion about the Vision, Land Use and Housing Chapters.
On Apr 22, 2025, we will meet to discuss the Transportation chapter of the 2030 Master Plan along with the supplemental Pedestrian and Bicycle Master Plans. All of these plans are available on the City website.
If you are interested in participating in this upcoming reading group and conversation, please email info@concordgreenspace.com.
We continue to monitor projects around the city. This month’s City Council Agenda shared this update on the I-93 Bridge Park Feasibility Study that may be of interest. The report and presentation are available in Item 39 of the agenda linked above.
Also of interest may be Item 25 in which the Transportation Advisory Policy Committee provides their rankings of the transportation-infrastructure related CIP projects for the upcoming budget session.
Also, at the Planning Board meeting on April 16, 2025 the Planning Board will be discussing (this is not a public hearing) the first draft of Proposed Zoning Changes prepared by city staff. These are available for viewing in Item 10B. We will be reviewing these documents and watching the discussion at the Planning Board.
