2) One Concord DEIJB Listening Session
One Concord is excited to invite each one of you to join our DEIJB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Justice, and Belonging) listening session on January 6th, 2024 from 3-6pm at Mill Brook School. This session aims to educate the new council and the community on the needs and challenges faced by the DEIJB Committee. With diverse speakers and personal stories, we strive to foster open dialogue and collaboration for a more equitable and inclusive city. 3) Friends of Keach Park (FOKP) Meeting
Friends of Keach Park & the City Wide Community Center (FOKP) is a recently formed, community-driven initiative in Concord committed to enhancing the City Wide Community Center (CWCC) and Keach Park. This growing coalition includes Concord community leaders, youth, families, elders, policymakers, business leaders, non-profits, Parks and Recreation staff, and community members like YOU!
One of FOKP's top goals includes addressing the distinctive needs of New American and refugee communities, dismantling the barriers they face, and fostering inclusivity and belonging for all. Current FOKP initiatives include the establishment of a dedicated, cost-free Multicultural Room within the CWCC for New American and refugee communities to access essential support services and for all Concord residents to engage in multicultural, community-building programming. Learn more and get involved by attending the next FOKP meeting on January 10th from 6-8pm!

4) Concord Greenspace (CG3) - Smart Growth Meeting
Join our monthly Concord Greenspace Coalition meeting and bring your skills and ideas to the table. This month we will discuss next steps for our 2024 initiatives. Our all-volunteer organization runs on YOU power - please join us and happy new year!

5) 2024 Youth Climate Action & Clean Energy Forum
In the ramp-up to the 2024 New Hampshire Primary, students and public figures will explore policies and solutions for building a robust and resilient climate economy while highlighting the importance of civic engagement and voting.
Hubbard Brook Research Foundation, the League of Conservation Voters, and the Irving Institute for Energy & Society at Dartmouth College will host a youth forum at the intersection of public policy, climate action, and the clean energy economy.
Throughout this public in-person event, NH students will engage with policy and corporate leaders, celebrated authors and actors, philanthropists, and entrepreneurs to explore opportunities for building an economically strong and environmentally secure future.
6) Community Power Public Input Session - hosted by the Concord Environmental & Energy Advisory Committee (CEEAC)
CEEAC will hold a Community Power Public Input Session on Thursday, February 15th at the Concord City Wide Community Center at 14 Canterbury Road from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM
