Nicole is a Transportation Engineer and volunteer coach of “Girls on the Run”. She serves as Team Leader for our Middle School Rebuild and is on the Zoning initiative team. Nicole is CG3's Smart Growth Technical Consultant.

Ian is the Team Leader for CG3's Zoning Initiative and liaison with Strong Towns headquarters.

Susan is a former executive with experience in mergers and acquisitions, strategy, finance, valuations and business development.  Susan is a founder and board member of SkitheBeav.

Tim is the retired Senior Director of the International Consulting Group at Willis Towers Watson.  He is an Actuary and serves as CG3’s risk assessment advisor.

Aaron has been involved with community environmental activism since his teenage years. As a Product Manager he uses data driven research to impart project requirements and results. Aaron is an avid cyclist and skier.​

Mark Davie is a newer Concord resident with a Masters degree in Urban & Regional Planning. He is an avid biker and runner and is passionate about TOD and housing.

Meredith comes to us with a Masters Degree in Nursing Leadership and a background in website design.  She serves as “mission control” for the organization.

Judith comes to us with a Masters in Education and a background in library sciences. Judith leads our Civic Leadership initiative and CG3’s Communications Team.

Jenny is an Interior Designer, and avid gardener, and is part of CG3's communications team.​​​​​​

Christi leads CG3's Community Outreach efforts.

Sarah is an expert in education justice and director & co-founder of Concord’s chapter of Showing Up for Racial Justice (SURJ).  Sarah sat on the CG3 Board from 2022-2024.
