Deck/Bridge Park Public Input Session

Deck/Bridge Park Public Input Session: Residents can help clarify the vision for a deck/bridge park over I-93 along the Merrimack River at a public input session scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, February 20, in City Council Chambers, 37 Green Street. During last year’s discussion of state plans to widen I-93 through Concord, City Council budgeted funds for a consultant and directed city staff to pursue the possibility of a deck park that can provide oft discussed riverfront access from downtown.

A presentation from the consultants on opportunities and constraints for the project will be followed by a listening session and small group breakout groups to gather public input.
